Before Dojo, I spent over 30 years supporting all manner and sizes of businesses, commercial and public organisations, from small retail shops, to major blue-chip global organisations. I have also managed retail, service organisations, consultancies and various businesses for others, as well as myself.
My background has taught me to understand that:
1. Every business is unique.
2. Availability of business support at all times is key.
3. The point at which a business's revenue is received must be 100% secure.
