Before Dojo I worked as a Sales Manager for both a global tyre manufacturer and a UK tyre wholesaler. I developed business partnerships up and down the country whilst managing a product distribution network.
I always strive to be consistent and offer a high degree of customer centricity! A big part of my role was to help all stakeholders control their costs, get the right product for their business and support them in maximising their profit margins.
My role in merchant services is no different - but my touch-points now spread across multiple industries. I do my best to create a seamless customer experience and try my best to remove any pain points that the customer anticipates with a card processing provider.
What do I love about Dojo? The people. I get to help different businesses from completely different sectors. Whether it’s helping with cash flow, profit margins, footfall or customer service.
In work, there is nothing more rewarding than when my existing customer portfolio pass my number on to potential new clients.
