John Perry

I've spent the majority of my career in Banking, having started as a junior in a major UK clearing bank, working my way up to becoming a Senior Manager. I later specialised in operations management and moving high risk units out of London to cheaper more provincial towns, which required the recruitment and training of completely new staffing teams.

I've managed 24-hour multi-process units and more latterly, following several TUPEs, found myself in the outsourcing environment. I then became a Recruitment Manager filling vacancies for a multinational giant in Bulgaria and Ireland.

I joined Dojo in August 2020 as a Payment Consultant, and thi is my first taste of sales and the challenges it brings!
